Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
. Communicate and meet potential client to build search cooperation with them and prepare contract;
. Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
. Conduct candidate telephone interview, face to face interview and write candidate recommendation report to client;
. Control the consulting service process quality;
. Coach and guide the researchers to perform job duties with high quality;
. Develop and manage relationship with both clients and candidates.

Requirements:
. Degree or above
. Minimum 3 years working experience as a consultant in Consulting company;
. Broad knowledge of Chinese market in various industries and organizations, prefer in IT industry;
. Management and leadership skills are preferable;
. Excellent telephone handling skills and sales skills;
. Able to work under pressure;
. Good communication skills;
. Pleasant character, independent and self-driven;
. Good command of English and Mandarin.
