财务经理

工作内容：
1、总管财务管理工作，建立健全内部核算的组织、指导和数据管理体系，以及核算和财务管理的规章制度，完善会计核算体系；
2、组织开展经济活动分析，组织编制财务计划、成本计划，努力降低成本，增收节支，提高效益；
3、制定内部控制制度，对执行情况进行监督，并指导、检查、监督下属子公司财务运作和资金收支情况；
4、制定和管理税收政策方案及程序，并组织现金流管理，制定融资方案；
5、参与重要的经营及财务决策，为公司重要的投资计划、经营决策提供财务分析支持；
6、负责财务人员队伍建设，培养财务管理人才团队。
要求：
1、十年以上财务管理工作经验，五年以上大中型企业财务总监或财务负责人工作经验；
2、精通会计财务管理知识，有较强的投融资运作能力和财务内控经验；
3、具有较强的领导能力、人际沟通能力及影响力，年龄35～45岁；
4、杭州人优秀考虑；
5、应届生勿投。
