要求:
1.计算机专业专科以上学历,2年以上客户服务工作经验,熟悉各类软硬件环境
2.较强的管理能力,表达沟通能力和专业形象,责任心和承压力强
3.有IT行业客服经理工作经验或ISO9000管理经验者优先
