Job Description

任职要求:
1、有一定的社会阅历,一定的组织协调能力和沟通能力。善于与人沟通,具备较强亲和力。
2、具备良好的文字撰写能力和理解能力。具有可行性报告撰写能力者优先。
3、具备3年以上工作经验。在管理咨询公司、建材行业等公司同等职务经历者优先。
4、工作主动、积极、认真负责。具备创造性思维和解决问题的能力。
5、具备良好气质和外形,五官端正,言谈大方。
6、年龄30-40岁,大专以上学历,已婚女性优先考虑。
职位职责:
1、负责总经理的日常事务与工作日程,以及重大事项的时间安排
2、负责总经理往来文件、公文信函的签收及登记编号,收集、整理行业信息,市场分析
3、协助公司的人员招聘,考核等制度的落实
4、负责总经理会议组织及安排,并负责重要会议纪要的记录和存档
5、协助总经理检查、督办各项工作
6、跟进项目进度,协调相关环,-配合参与品牌推广及市场运作等相关工作
