芯片验证工程师

职责描述：
1、制定模块和子系统级的验证计划
2、设计模块和子系统级验证方案，验证环境及验证框架
3、根据设计文档设计验证案例
4、指导芯片设计工程师查找修复设计缺陷
5、提交管理bug
6、检查RTL代码风格、提出修改意见
7、实施形式验证与后仿真
8、完成上级交办的其它任务。
任职资格：
1、电子、计算机相关专业、硕士或以上、3年ASIC设计、验证经验
2、熟悉数字电路IC设计前端流程、熟悉软件开发模式，掌握软件编程
3、熟悉数字IC设计与验证技术，熟练应用英语进行读写听说
4、协调沟通能力强，分析判断力强
5、责任心强，团队意识强，全局和前瞻性强，心理承受力强，事业心强
