1、大专及以上学历,美术、广告设计或计算机相关专业,有经验者优先考虑；
2、精通photoshop，flash，dreamweaver等网页制作软件；
3、具有较深的美术工底 ,良好的审美观和创新能力，优秀的设计创意能力。
4、熟悉网站建设流程及构架，较丰富的网站设计和制作经验。
5、逻辑思维清晰，做事认真、细致，表达能力强。
6、较强的学习和领悟能力，善于与人进行良好沟通，工作认真负责，有强烈的事业心，具有良好的团队合作精神。
7、应聘时请随附设计作品，没有作品者不予考虑
