年龄在35周岁以下，经济、管理或法律类专业本科或以上学历，硕士研究生及以上学历优先。需具有较强的沟通能力、学习能力及文字表达能力;具备两年（含）以上工作经验（硕士研究生及以上学历者可放宽至应届毕业生）；具备金融行业特别是信托公司或证券公司投资银行业务工作经验者优先；具备私人股权投资（PE）或资产证券化业务经验者优先。
