男大学本科 全职
1.建立、健全公司法律事务相关规章制度和流程；
2.负责公司运营以及合法化经营法律风险的防范与规避；
3.为公司业务部门控制各类合同文本的法律风险，出具法律意见书；
4.处理公司投诉、纠纷、诉讼等各类法律事务；
5.参与重大项目的相关法律事务；
6.处理公司其它涉及法律的事务。
人员要求：
1.大学本科或以上学历，法学专业，具有法律资格证书和律师执照，通过国家司法资格考试者优先；
2.五年以上法务部相关工作经验，有寿险公司工作经验者优先；
3.熟知法律类相关专业知识及政策法规并具有良好的沟通l能力和协助精神，较强的文字及口头表达能力；
4.熟练操作Word、Excel、PowerPoint；
5.踏实负责、认真细致的工作态度。
