1、全日制大学本科（含）以上学历，金融、经济、市场、会计专业；
2、年龄35周岁以下；
3、具有2年以上金融从业经验，1年以上理财工作经验；
4、拥有中国金融注册标准委员会AFP以上证书，或基金公司从业经验；
5、具备一定的市场销售意识及公关意识，有较强的表达与沟通能力，有较强的事业心与进取心，有良好社会资源的可适当放宽聘用条件。
