证券客户经理条件：
１、年龄在18周岁以上并具有大专以上学历（客户资源丰富、营销能力强者可适当放宽学历要求）；
２、具有完全民事行为能力；
３、品行良好，正直诚信；
４、具有一定营销能力及良好的口头表达能力，同时应有一定的客户资源；
５、应掌握电脑基本操作常识；
６、具有证券从业资格优先，且可适当放宽相关条件。
