浙江区市场部经理

岗位职责：
1、 根据学校战略,精确定位潜在目标受众和需求;
2、 策划浙江区各教学点的整体市场推广方案；
2、合理使用市场预算,确定推广渠道,组织推广行为,优化投入产出比;
3、提升学校电话报名咨询量及其他报名咨询访问量;
4、提升咨询报名人员向实际学员转化的成功率，有效支持营业额提升；
5、领导20-30人的市场团队，完善管理体系，协调内外关系。
岗位要求：
1、年龄25岁以上,无户籍要求,市场营销类大专以上学历；
2、教育、快速消费品、媒体广告等公司3年以上市场经验；
3、至少2年管理经验，能够管理市场团队，善于协调人际关系；
4、个性鲜明，思维敏捷，数据观察分析能力优良；
5、能够合理支配每年市场预算并承受业绩压力；
6、与平面、网络、手机等各类媒介关系良好并熟悉价格体系；
