资金管理

1、五年以上证券或者金融工作经历熟悉证券投资运作；
2、从事金融保险或其他经济工作十年以上；具有在同等规模（或以上）金融保险机构或其他公司、企业担任部门经理或分公司副总经理以上领导职务四年以上任职经历，或在国家综合经济管理部门、金融监督管理部门具有三年以上领导职务任职经历条件的可以放宽学历条件；
3、熟悉证券投资运作，具备必要的金融和法律知识；
4、中国保监会规定的其他条件；
5、为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真，有较强的沟通协调能力，有良好的团队合作以及开拓创新精神。
