1.高中及以上学历，在当地生活二年以上,年龄20--38.有一定社会资源年龄可放宽.
2. 一年以上销售推广工作经验，具有个人金融产品、日化或电子电器销售经验二年以上者，可适当放宽招聘条件；
3. 热衷于销售工作，乐于接受挑战，追求高业绩、高奖金收入；
4. 具有良好的沟通、协调、表达能力和团队合作精神。
5.按照销售产品的数量分级提成，不封顶.
