经营总监

1、建立经营体系，制定部门发展规划，优化部门管理。
2、明确各岗位职责，做好部门人才储备，实施员工培训，绩效考评机制。
3、审核成本，确定项目成本指标，编制项目成本计划书。
4、组织项目投标，审核投标书，确定投标报价，分析竞争对手情况，制定投标策略。
5、参与项目谈判、组织合约评审及协助合约签订。
6、参与项目合同修订的谈判、评审。
7、编制项目管理办法。
8、联络财务部，协调资金平衡，加强公司资金管理。
9、监督项目成本计划书的执行，加强项目成本管理。
10、组织进行项目经营总结，归档。
任职资格：
1、大学本科学历，工作年限5年以上。
2、具有较强的管理、协调能力。
