统管协作体及所属“影视产业公益联盟”和影视公司开发的影视剧、纪录片、电视栏目的全部工作，具体包括：项目运作、人员管理、市场拓展、品牌建立、影响力制造等几大块。
具体要求：
1、5年以上影视公司或媒体的从业经验，3年以上项目管理运作经历，须有行业内外大量优势资源。
2、本科以上学历，28周岁以上，男、女不限。
3、做人、做事认真、踏实、谦逊、随和、不骄不躁
