测试部经理

1、计算机或相关专业大学本科或以上学历；
2、具备一定编程和设计能力；
3、熟悉软件测试流程，有三年以上软件测试经验，一年以上测试管理经验；
4、精通软件测试理论和方法，能够熟练应用LoadRunner，WinRunner，TestDirector等测试工具；
5、有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，具备较强的总结能力，能在测试完成后编写相关手册；
6、拥有较好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，较强的责任感及进取精神；
7、热爱软件测试工作，可以胜任重复性工作，工作细致认真，有耐心；
8、熟悉数据库管理，有Oracle的管理经验
9、熟悉windows和linux平台同时精通J2EE平台的服务器构架，配置及部署（jboss、websphere等中间件的配置，优化及管理）；
