1、性别不限，28-40岁，本科以上学历；
2、有证券分析师执业资格，3年以上证券同岗位工作经历，对证券市场及热点有较好的理解和把握， 扎实的证券价值分析研究功底；
3、良好的证券投资分析、写作及沟通、讲解能力。具备丰富的客户沟通经验者优先；
4、具良好亲和力，综合素质好，形象大方，口齿清晰伶俐；
5、能承受工作压力，具团队精神；
6、热爱证券及期货咨询事业、知识丰富，适应能力及再学习能力强
