1、为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真，有较强的沟通协调能力，有良好的团队合作以及开拓创新精神；
2、五年以上保险公司财务管理工作经验，有跨行业财务工作经历者优先考虑；
3、熟悉保险行业财务管理、会计核算及资金运用及相关法律法规和行业制度；
4、精通财务会计理论和实务及财务管理经验，能全面考虑企业的长短期战略目标；
5、精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
6、能多角度多层次地提出有效支持公司管理及战略发展的财务分析报告；
7、分析内部潜在的财务风险，建立公司财务风险的管理机制，并设计规避风险的途径。
