1.大专以上学历，期货或证券行业从业三年以上，其他金融相关行业从业四年以上；
2.身体健康，个性开朗，反应敏捷，有较强的沟通能力，在当地有较好的人脉；
3.熟悉国家期货行业相关法律法规，有良好的职业道德;
4.通过期货、证券从业资格考试者优先。
5.须具备证监会规定的营业部经理的任职条件
