大学本科学历（高级工、技师以上技术等级可放宽到大专学历）；分别具有计算机，机械加工，数控机床，机械设备维修、电气工程自动化等中级以上技术等级证书，年龄30岁以下（技师以上可放宽到40岁），有实际工作经验者优先。具有计算机软、硬件设备及局域网的安装、调试、使用、维护、管理能力，能教授微机原理等课程，掌握CAD/CAM软件者优先。
