1、年龄：40周岁以下、25周岁以上
2、 学历及资历要求：全日制本科及以上；有汽车金融公司一年半以上从业经验，或有3年以上银行零售业务风险管理从业经验；经验特别丰富者，可降低对学历要求。
3、遵守国家、行业法律法规，品行端正，具有良好的职业道德
4、丰富的个人信贷工作经验和知识；
5、极佳的沟通/协调能力和团队合作精神；
6、优秀的风险意识和风险判断能力；
7、富有敬业精神和承受压力的能力。
