岗位职责
1、实施/交流/监督顾客满意度标准；
2、监督公司所有的人事职能，聘用、培训，以及业绩的评估及在预算范围内审查和批准面3、向所有员工的奖励计划；
4、制定市场营销策略，并帮助制定有效的，具有良好的成本效益的广告计划；
5、负责日常管理和队伍建设；
6、制定、贯彻、落实各项经营发展计划，实现经营管理目标及盈利；
