1、教育背景：财务会计及相关专业，大专以上学历。
2、工作经验：一年以上企业出纳工作经验。
3、知识/技能：全面掌握财务专业知识，熟悉国家财经法律、法规、章程和方针、政策，掌握本行业业务知识。
4、素质要求：
1）诚实正直：所采取的行动与自己的价值观一致，在为难或有阻力时仍能照自己所信服的价值观行事；
2）主动性：在没有监督的情况下能够自主地完成工作，自觉地在工作中付出更多的努力；
