职位描述：
工作职责：
1.根据公司年度销售计划，制定所辖区域的年度销售计划。
2.审阅区域经理的工作计划（含销售拜访计划）和工作总结，随时了解各区域的市场情况及区域经理的工作状况，并给予适当的指导和支持。
3.协访所辖区域内的重点、难点客户，帮助区域经理解决销售问题。
4.负责所辖区域的销售团队建设与人员管理（招聘、培训、考核、留人等）。
5.所销售产品价格的控制与审批。
要求：
1.医学、药学或相关专业本科以上学历；
2.熟悉临床药品招商的运作模式，具有3年以上药品销售行业管理经验；
3.能适应区域范围内的出差；
4.优秀的团队领导能力、表达沟通能力和解决事务能力；熟练运用各种激励措施
