3、熟悉C#、VB；
4、有开发C/S或B/S架构软件系统的经验；
5、有两年以上的同类软件开发经验或项目管理经验；
6、有较强的逻辑分析能力、学习能力和总结能力，工作细致认真，有耐心；
7、具有高度的责任心和敬业精神，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
