多元销售部、银行保险部经理

主要职责：
1 、完成总公司下达的 团险、中介、银行保险 保费任务；
2 、指导分支机构开展多元、银保业务；
3 、对本部门员工进行必要的培训，指导其开展工作； 4 、完成公司下达的其他任务。
基本条件：
1 、大学本科及以上学历，保险、管理、经济、法律等专业优先考虑；
2 、两年以上相关工作经历，经理级须有两年以上保险业分公司管理岗位工作经历；
3 、过往工作业绩良好，无任何不良记录；
4 、年龄一般不超过 45 岁，优秀人才可适当放宽。
