基本职责(兼职)
负责设计、开发、维护符合功能、性能要求的软件产品，完成软件开发实施中的具体任务。
基本要求
1、基础扎实，对有开发经验的J2EE某几项技术(JSF/struts/spring/hibernate)有透彻理解；
2、熟悉web开发的相关技术：html，css，javascript，XML
3、熟悉oracle,db2,ms sql server数据库，至少有基于其中一种数据库开发程序的项目经验;
4、了解设计模式并能理解几种常用的模式
5、具有良好沟通能力与团队合作精神，时间观念强；
6、个人具备计算机、网络等办公条件，工作地域不限。
