Job Description

职位描述:
1、负责公司考勤、文件整理﹑归类﹑保管;企业文稿草拟,处理来往信函的传阅;
2、负责公司会议流程,监督各项行政管理制度的执行情况;
3、负责公司办公用品、物品管理及办公环境的整洁;
4、负责内外部沟通协调;
5、处理领导安排的其它事宜。
职位要求:
1、有很强的组织能力和良好的沟通﹑协调能力;
2、做事积极、认真,为人诚恳、踏实;
3、服从领导安排;
4、有一年以上该职位的管理经验;
5、要求大专及以上学历,企业管理、工商管理、行政管理、文秘专业女性优先
