岗位职责：
1、根据系统需求实现系统设计模型与编程模型；
2、编写包括技术体系框架设计、功能模块定义、业务逻辑程序类设计以及接口设计等在内的系统详细设计文档；
3、熟练掌握java相关的软件开发工具；
4、精通J2EE系统架构设计；
5、熟悉设计模式，熟悉UML，熟练使用Rose、EA等系统设计工具；
6、精通架构设计理论和工具，掌握各种现代的设计模式及设计理念；
7、具有两年以上B/S项目开发经验，三年以上的系统设计经验、具有成功项目的系统分析设计经验。
