日语客户服务专员

工作要求：
-本科学历（如日语水平达到要求，学历也可放宽至大专）
-日语专业，日语口语能力强，熟练使用日文输入法
-热爱客户服务，有计算机专业或工作经验者尤佳；
-熟练使用日语操练系统Microsoft Office（Word / Excel）；
-具有良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作；
-工作努力，以客户为本，有强烈的敬业精神。
工作职责：
-通过电子邮件向客户提供售前售后的产品咨询；
-负责向客户提供技术支持；
-处理客户在使用产品时发生的技术问题；
-在问题超越自己能力时及时将问题提交主管；
-遵守正确的客户服务解决步骤；
-确保服务符合客户标准和品质要求；
