Job Description

工作要求:
-本科学历(如日语水平达到要求,学历也可放宽至大专)
-日语专业,日语口语能力强,熟练使用日文输入法
-热爱客户服务,有计算机专业或工作经验者尤佳;
-熟练使用日语操练系统Microsoft Office(Word / Excel);
-具有良好的团队合作精神,能够在压力下工作;
-工作努力,以客户为本,有强烈的敬业精神。
工作职责:
-通过电子邮件向客户提供售前售后的产品咨询;
-负责向客户提供技术支持;
-处理客户在使用产品时发生的技术问题;
-在问题超越自己能力时及时将问题提交主管;
-遵守正确的客户服务解决步骤;
-确保服务符合客户标准和品质要求;
