1、大专以上学历,26岁~35岁,两年以上相关工作经验;
2、熟悉人力资源管理工作流程,熟悉国家有关劳动法律法规,熟悉社会保险操作流程;
3、负责员工招聘、培训、薪酬福利、绩效考核、劳资关系等工作;
4、具有较强的沟通能力和亲合力,有责任心和独立开展工作的能力。
