Job Description

1、三年以上保险公司薪资管理工作经验,受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法律法规和财务会计知识等方面的培训;
2、熟悉国家人事政策、法律和法规,薪酬相关的法律、法规,薪酬福利管理流程,人力资源管理理论基础扎实;
3、综合素质较高,有一定的统计分析、财务会计能力;
4、强烈的敬业精神与责任感,工作原则性强,人际沟通、协调能力强。
