建材销售-技术工程师

岗位职责：
1、负责项目销售的技术支持；
2、平日销售报表的编制与实施，项目追踪工作的设定和管理；
3、负责产品的技术支持/分析，为顾客制定选材技术方案并给出对策；
4、负责开发潜在项目，熟悉制度化管理经验；对项目进行发掘和跟踪工作；
2、独立寻找并跟踪工程项目，与业主、建筑师、施工方等保持长期良好的沟通和协调关系；
3、能充分利用公司资源及技术优势为项目跟踪提供有利支持，并与大家保持良好配合与沟通；
4、及时更新项目跟踪记录等市场销售管理文档；
5、带领销售团队完成规定的销售指标。
任职资格：
1、熟悉建筑建材市场；
2、熟悉建筑工程类项目采购/设备招投标操作流程，能够运做项目；
3、二年相关工作经验；
4、本科及以上学历，化学建材类专业，硕士应届生可考虑；
3、工作思路清晰，组织协调沟通能力强，有团队合作意识，销售团队管理经验。
