青岛著名软件行业企业 （工作地点：青岛市）

主要职责：
1、通过建立多种沟通渠道，实现公司信息与员工信息的对称性；
2、不断完善公司的培训机制，建立公司的知识平台；
3、有效实施绩效考核，建立合适的考核指标，实现公司战略与日常绩效的有效统一；
4、拓展公司的招聘渠道，根据公司不同阶段的人力资源规划，储备各种企业亟需人才；
5、指导监督各部门新进人员的试用情况，完善人员到岗制度；
6、关注企业薪酬在同行业中的竞争趋势，提供备选方案并评估成本；
7、建立并实施与员工激励相配套的绩效管理项目，包括人才管理、绩效管理及后备人才计划；
8、行政方面的具体事务（兼）。

任职要求：
1、精通现代企业经营管理理念及管理技术；
2、5年以上HR工作经验，3年以上HR管理经验；
3、良好的计划、组织、协调能力,具有良好的系统性思维；
4、思维敏捷，具有较强分析问题、解决问题的能力，良好的文字和语言表达能力；
5、有软件、技术研发、产品设计行业HR经验者优先录用。
