2、市场营销、机械制造等相关专业专科以上学历
3、3年以上相关行业（轴承、联轴器、减速机、进口皮带、密封产品、链条产品、液压产品以及气动产品等）的销售经验
4、了解现代营销管理概念及行业市场销售模式
5、有成功是销售经验和发展潜质
6、具有把握市场动态和市场方向的能力，思维富有逻辑性和前瞻性
7、良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力和目标达成能力
8、熟练操作ERP系统和其他办公软件
9、具备良好的团队合作精神
10、具备较强的任务理解力和执行力，能以正面积极的心态面对工作压力
11、能适应出差，可长期驻外者优先考虑
