要求大专及以上学历，具备证券业从业人员资格，无不良纪录，熟悉证券经纪业务的各个业务环节、操作流程。具有较系统的证券专业知识，熟悉经纪业务的基本业务流程，具有一定的管理能力，有效强的文字、文件处理能力；工作责任心强有敬业精神。有驾驶执照且驾龄二年以上者优先。
