销售助理

女性销售助理（济南市）
岗位职责：
1、 通过网络、电话和商函等营销方式协助销售经理开发客户，和销售经理
共同完成销售任务。
2、 日常客户合同的制定、跟单和存档。
3、 周、月、季按公司要求作出销售数据分析报表，并提出合理化建议。
4、 制定老客户维护方案，定期回访。

要求和待遇：
25-30岁，3年以上营销行业，直接销售工作经历，能接受销售工作压力，擅长客户维护和电话营销，擅长培训懂策划方案者优先，本科以上学历，经济类或管理类专业，形象气质佳，协调能力和执行力较好者优先。
年薪3－5万，缴纳社保，签合同。

注：谢绝应届毕业生。
