高级设备管理人员

任职条件：
1、机械/机电一体化/电气自动化专业，大专以上学历，年龄在35—48岁；五年以上大型化工或石油公司设备管理工作经验；
2、精通现代设备管理流程，能处理突发事件；
岗位职责：
1、 制定设备管理的各种规章制度，出具设备、设施巡检表，并推进其贯彻执行；
2、 保障设备的正常运行，及设备管理、维护、维修、保养, 确保生产任务顺利完成；
3、 定期组织公司机动设备管理检查、考核；
4、 组织或参与重大设备事故的处理；
5、 组织审定技措、检修方案，参与竣工验收；
6、 负责部门员工的日常管理、考核，安全教育等知识的培训及技术管理和指导。
