职位描述：
• 全面负责大型商业地产项目的策划、营销、招商及销售全案工作；
• 负责相关团队的管理和建设。
任职要求：
• 2 年以上大型商业项目营销策划、市场调研经验，对市场调查、功能定位、业态规划、营销推广、招商租赁、商铺销售拥有丰富经验；
• 熟悉商业地产市场管理的政策、法规，对商业地产项目开发建设流程有充分的了解
• 对驻地操作和适应新环境有丰富经验，与发展商和相关单位沟通有深刻体会；
• 能合理组织资源，能激发团队战斗力，关键时间节点和专业难点能有效攻克；
• 具有良好的客户服务意识和较强的语言及文字表达能力，沟通组织能力强，熟练使用计算机办公，具备领导团队的能力；
• 责任心强，忠于职守，身体健康，品行良好；
• 在北京居住和工作 3 年以上。
• 能适应长驻外地工作；
