*岗位职责、工作环境及福利待遇
1、负责房地产的调研工作。
2、负责房地产的营销和市场开发工作。
3、除月薪外该岗位每年另有20000元期权收益，年目标收入110000元。
4、企业提供2个月全封闭脱产培训。
5、工作地点由集团总公司统一安排。

*相关经验及技能要求
1、年龄：28－40周岁。
2、大学本科以上，营销或相关专业。
3、市场开发5年及以上工作经验。
