岗位职责：
主要职责：
1、确保用户满意;
2、严格按照核心服务流程的要求,为用户提供有竞争力的服务;
3、接待,预检,开任务订单,进行修理价格预算,说明任务订单类型,范围和预算价格,跟踪并敦促修理进度,进行最终修理质量检查,开票并解释发票内容,交接车辆,跟踪观察用户的满意度,处理用户的抱怨;
4、利用经常与用户接触的机会,引导顾客消费,以促进产品的销售;
5、利用经常与用户接触的机会,收集用户的抱怨及建议,及时反馈给主管,必要时提出自己的主张；
6、管理和分析用户档案并与用户进行联系,积极开拓市场。
主要资质要求：
1、大专以上学历或获得中级职称证书；
2、品牌4s店2年以上工作经验；
3、具有亲和能力,协调能力,优秀的沟通技能和良好的服务意识；
4、能熟练操作应用计算机系统；
5、2年以上驾驶经验。
