岗位职责：
岗位职责：全面负责组织公司重大技术设计方案的审定以及产品设计和研发工作，为项目运作提供有力的技术支持。
专业素质要求：
1、30—45岁，性别不限，身体健康；
2、正规院校统招本科以上学历（建筑类相关专业），高级工程师职称或国家一级注册建筑师、国家一级注册结构工程师职业资格；
3、具有较为丰富的建筑专业常用计算机知识；
4、具备五年以上相关工作经验，其中担任主管以上职位三年以上，具有设计院工作经验者优先考虑，
5、为人正真，具备良好的职业素养，有强烈的责任感及良好的人际关系。
