1、全日制大学本科或以上学历，35周岁以下；熟悉保险业务，谙熟金融监管法规；有国家司法考试（律师）资格优先；
2、2年以上金融行业法律或合规工作背景，有保险公司合规管理经验优先；
3、沟通能力强，独立工作能力和抗压能力强；诚信、正直，具有良好的职业精神。
