2.、银行从业经历3年以上，其中从事信贷工作不低于2年; 熟悉信贷风险控制体系和贷前、贷中、贷后管理流程；
3.、具备较强的分析判断能力、交流沟通能力、调研能力及文字写作能力，具有良好的团队协作精神、服务意识和营销意识。
