2、6年三星级以上酒店或大型酒店从业经验，4年以上大堂经理或前厅经理经验；
3、负责基础服务员的招聘与培训工作；
4、具备较强的基层服务人员招聘、培训能力；
5、具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力；
6、具备一定的英语听说读写能力。
