招聘主管

岗位职责：
1．协助部门经理制定公司年度、季度、月度招聘计划并组织实施，定期向部门领导汇报招聘计划执行情况。
2．建立完善招聘管理流程，对用人部门管理人员提供招聘流程、政策、技巧的咨询、指导和培训。
3．负责开发、建立、维护合理的招聘渠道，提高招聘广告发布的效果。定期对招聘渠道进行分析，提供分析报告和改进建议。
4．负责空缺职位应聘人员的面试、测评、选择和安置工作；
5．负责规划并执行校园招聘计划；
6．负责公司人才评价体系的建设，提高人才选拔效果；
7．负责公司各部实习生的招聘、安置，制定实习生招聘计划，满足各部门对实习生用人需求。
要求：
1．北京市户口
2．大学本科以上学历；
3．5年以上企业人力资源管理工作经验，3年以上招聘工作经验；；
4．熟悉各种招聘渠道，掌握人才测评工具，担任过500人以上企业招聘主管的优先。
5．具有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神；
6．具有较强的综合协调能力；
7．具有强烈的责任感和坚韧的工作精神；
