Job Description

岗位职责:
1.协助部门经理制定公司年度、季度、月度招聘计划并组织实施,定期向部门领导汇报招聘计划执行情况。
2.建立完善招聘管理流程,对用人部门管理人员提供招聘流程、政策、技巧的咨询、指导和培训。
3.负责开发、建立、维护合理的招聘渠道,提高招聘广告发布的效果。定期对招聘渠道进行分析,提供分析报告和改进建议。
4.负责空缺职位应聘人员的面试、测评、选择和安置工作;
5.负责规划并执行校园招聘计划;
6.负责公司人才评价体系的建设,提高人才选拔效果;
7.负责公司各部实习生的招聘、安置,制定实习生招聘计划,满足各部门对实习生用人需求。
要求:
1.北京市户口
2.大学本科以上学历;
3.5年以上企业人力资源管理工作经验,3年以上招聘工作经验;;
4.熟悉各种招聘渠道,掌握人才测评工具,担任过500人以上企业招聘主管的优先。
5.具有良好的沟通技巧和团队精神;
6.具有较强的综合协调能力;
7.具有强烈的责任感和坚韧的工作精神;
