财务总监

1 、财会、经济、金融等相关专业本科以上学历，硕士以上学历者优先；
2 、年龄 35 岁左右：具有 5 年以上大型集团或外资企业财务管理相关工作经验；尤其要具备丰富的财务管理，投资管理，筹资管理经验，能对企业资金合理运用提出专业性的意见及建议；
3 、善于从财务管理、经济学、管理学角度分析公司经营状况，进行企业价值评估；
熟悉企业筹资手段，筹资决策步骤，熟悉财务法律法规，并以此降低企业资金营运风险；
4 、在企业界交往广泛，有良好的筹资渠道，同银行、工商、税务等政府部门具有良好的关系，能够维护公司利益；
5 、熟悉上市公司会计和审计程序，具有建立财务管理体系，控制财务预算与费用的能力；
6 、对国外的资本运作规则有相当的了解和较丰富的操作经验；
7 、具有良好的综合素质，擅长沟通和协调，有较强的管理能力；
8 、具有团队写作精神并能承受工作压力和果断的执行能力；
