2、35周岁以下，品行端正、踏实勤奋；具有高度的责任感及良好的职业操守，具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力、执行力和再学习能力。懂白话者优先考虑
3、熟悉期货市场，具有两年以上期货、证券、银行、保险市场拓展工作经验，拥有成熟的客户资源。
4、具有期货从业资格证优先考虑。
