任职条件：
1.大专以上学历,管理/广告/公关等相关专业毕业
2.有三年以上广告公司工作经验,或两年以上广告公司客户服务经验
3.有超强的服务意识
4.有很强的沟通技巧/协调能力
5.有良好的团队协作能力
6.有较强的逻辑分析能力
7.有较强的业务拓展能力
8.有较强的承受工作压力的能力
9.熟练使用办公自动化软件及办公设备
10.五官端正,气质良好,具较高职业修养,职业性格吻合
主要职责：
1.建立和保持良好的客情关系
2.深度开发客户的业务份额/广度开发客户的业务范围
3.建立客户的个性化服务流程及服务质量标准
4.建立客户价格体系
5.建立客户服务信息库
6.处理日常客户投诉
7.及时催收帐款
8.组织和管理客户重点项目小组工作或重点客户小组工作
9.监督并指导相关其他部门的工作,保证内部工作流程的顺畅
10.协助其他部门做好客户沟通工作
11.做好相关供应商管理工作
