招聘与职业发展顾问

1、大学及以上学历，人力资源管理、劳动经济、工商管理、企业管理、经济管理、公共关系等相关专业；
2、具有4年以上人力资源管理岗位工作经验，熟悉招聘面试、岗位分析、职业发展、员工关系等方面的工作，对组织结构设计、绩效考核、工作分析、人才招募与引进、员工培训管理、企业文化建设等方面具有一定的实践经历；
3、了解国家与国内部分大中城市劳动人事政策，熟悉人力资源管理的主要流程；
4、具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力、文字编写能力；
5、对招聘面试工作有独到的见解或咨询公司咨询顾问及人才服务顾问经历者优先考虑。
